Enabling Professionals & Transforming Customer Journeys; Aligning Go-To-Market Teams for Revenue Growth & CX Excellence.

Hi, I’m Emilia D’Anzica, MBA, PMP, an Italian immigrant, first to Canada, and now residing in the USA, who grew up in my family’s pizzeria, where I first learned the value of listening, empathy, and exceptional customer service. Those early lessons shaped my belief that people and relationships sit at the heart of every business.

For more than 25 years, I’ve led customer success and growth initiatives at global B2B SaaS companies, including WalkMe (now SAP), Jobvite, and Copper. Today I’m based in the San Francisco Bay Area, working as a keynote speaker, coach, entrepreneur, and workshop leader—helping Go-To-Market teams and executives drive sustainable revenue growth and transformation.

Emilia D’Anzica — Workshop Facilitator, Growth Strategist & Keynote Speaker

As the author of Pressing ON as a Tech Mom , I share a story of resilience and leadership while championing women in technology. Beyond writing, I’ve delivered 30+ professional development programs and university lectures worldwide. I currently teach Customer Lifecycle Management in Booth’s CRO Executive Program and design private programs for organizations.

I’ve been honored by the CX Hall of Fame, listed by Thinkers360 as a top global thought leader, and received the IAOTP Top Growth Advisor Award (2024). What matters most, though, is sparking those aha moments—when leaders see a new path, teams gain renewed energy, and individuals realize they’re capable of more than they imagined.

My mission: blend authentic stories with actionable strategies that inspire transformation, resilience, and bold growth.
